Default conflicting users in shared worksheets.

Is there a way to allow simoultaneous users using a shared worksheet to
add data wihtout conflicting? Similar to what you do in a web
interface.

Presently, when ever I enter data into the sheet, I get a message that
my entry conflicted with another user's entry. But I need both entries!
