Default I need to track my daily activities on a spreadsheet .

I need some input on how to create a sheet to track my hourly activities so
as to see what other duties I can fit into my day,any suggestions?

Open an empty workbook, find an empty worksheet.

In row 1, starting with cell A1, enter the literals:
Date
StartTime
EndTime
ActivityDescription

Save the workbook.

Update the workbook as necessary.
