Deleting part of X-axis range
I have a chart with x data that has many observations from 0 to 8 hours and a
single unit at 48 hours. I want to make the 0 to 8 data more visible. I would prefer to have an axis that goes from 0 to 8 and then from 36 to 48. How do I split/delete the 9 to 35 hour portion of the graph? Basically the x axis would look somthing like: __________________//_______. |

Deleting part of X-axis range
Hi tcek, you have some ambition here, I have learnt a way to do so but it's a
little bit complicated, you may go here for some inspiration.. the author shows how to do it for y-axis but similar applies for x-axis. Good luck! http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/BrokenYAxis.html http://www.processtrends.com/pg_charts_custom_axis.htm "tcek" wrote: I have a chart with x data that has many observations from 0 to 8 hours and a single unit at 48 hours.
