Default Excel 2003/2007 print chart options

I know the resizing options are gone from 2007. Does anyone know if there is
an effective work around or an addin to bring a more permanent resolution
than recreating?

And one more question; when converting to PDF there is space showing and it
is cut off even when you give the parameters. Anyone know a reason behind
this one? I have already removed all the comment fields in the settings
(similiar resolution for a similiar problem in Word) So, any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks
