Default Extract a picture from Background of a Graph

HI, I have a grpah which as a picture as its background. I have lost the
orginal picture. I was wondering if it is possible to extrack the picture
from the Graph,as I now need it.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I don't believe you can if the image has been used to fill chart or plot
area.
If the image had been used to fill a column series then yes.

If you really need the image then you could change the data so no columns
and or lines are displayed.
Remove plot area border, legend, titles and all axis labeling. Make the plot
area a large as possible and then capture the screen image.
Copy the image into something like MS Paint and crop and same the image.

also ... having emptied the chart try simply copy and paste into a graphics
app. Or with more options hold Shift and Copy-picture..., then paste into
the graphics app (I use IrfanView).

If you have merely forgotten the name of the picture, which might still
exist on disc, its name may still be available to VBA.
