HI,
I need help in capturing a cycle time from the time the form was intiated and submitted to the time it was fully approved. But in between those process are other folks approval that I need to track too the cycle time. example: intiated and routed to ab on 8-1-08 aprroved by AB and routed to CD on 8-3-08 approved by CD on 8-10-08 |

Wouldn't the cycle time be the difference between the times things are routed
from one person to the next? Are you gathering the date and time that each action occurs? You can get the delta with a calculation like =A2-A1.
