Default How to you change the axis label position in office 2007?

In earlier versions of excel you could easily change say the y-axis label
position to either the right or left side of the graph. How is this
accomplished in office 2007 on Windows Vista? I have a plot with both
positive and negative xvalues and the labels are mixed in with the plot, it
looks horrible.
