Is there a way to get excel to calculate the area between 2 graphs?

You could use this technique from Bernard Liengme's web site:

http://people.stfx.ca/bliengme/Excel...UnderCurve.htm

Calculate both areas, then subtract.

The problem is that the graphs are not curves, and are not friendly toward
formulas being applied. They are very irregular in shape.

I was afraid to ask what made the data too irregular for this approach
(Bernard's must be Simpson's or something similar).

Can you describe or post a link to how your graph looks if Bernard's
approach will not suit.
