Default Production dashboard

Is there a way to build a chart with 2 colors in the plot area? The purpose
is so that when an employee plots a data point for previous day productivity,
we know immediately if we are meeting the goal, i.e. meet the goal if the
data point is in green area, fail to meet the goal if the data point is in
the red area. The Gradient fill in Excel 2007 does not meet this need.

You can create the bands by using additional data series.
