As the subject says, can I change that excel traces only consecutive days in
a line chart? I am making numerous charts that I don't have values plugged in every day. Please don't tell me to delete the unused days and move the others up. I want it to be simple, and don't want to have values in it every day. I am currently running Windows XP Home Edition with Microsoft Excel 2000 professional. |

Go to the Chart menu, choose Chart Options, and on the Axes tab under
Category (X) Axis, select Category. A category style axis only has category labels for the items with points, while the time-scale axis has category labels for every date between min and max. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions http://PeltierTech.com _______ "MicroOfficeGeek" wrote in message ...
