how do i display chart equations in office 2007
Which equations? The SERIES formula is shown in the Formula Bar in 2003 and
in 2007 whenever you select a series. To display formulas in cells, in 2003 it was Tools menu Options View, Window Options, Formulas. In 2007 it's Formulas tab Formula Auditing group Show Formulas (I looked on the View tab, then on the Review tab, before I noticed the Formulas tab). In both 2003 and 2007 you can toggle this setting with CTRL+~. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions http://PeltierTech.com _______ "launa" wrote in message ... i have made a chart and now want to display the equations. in office 2003 i just clicked on options and clicked display equation, but in 2007 there does not seem to be the options button... help... |

In article ,
says... i have made a chart and now want to display the equations. in office 2003 i just clicked on options and clicked display equation, but in 2007 there does not seem to be the options button... help... Right-click the trendline and from the context menu select Trendline Options... (yes, MS deimplemented the ability to call up dialog boxes with double-click!) In the resulting dialog box select the Trendline Options tab. The rest should be self-evident. -- Regards, Tushar Mehta www.tushar-mehta.com Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA add-ins, tutorials Custom MS Office productivity solutions |
