Suppose you want the result in B4:U4. Then, in B4 enter =410-B3. Copy B4
to C4:U4.

Default Subtracting

You can do the following:

Enter the formula =sum(B3:U3) in a empty cell say B14
Then substarct =B14-410, B14 is total sum of B3:U3
