Default Drawing Horizontal Lines - Hi-Lo Range

Blood pressure chart. Vertical bars for each occurence signify the two
readings. Want line going horizontally across chart at 80 and 120. Need
instructions please. Hurry. BP = 145/90 and rising. :-)
