Default Save As HTML Format Issue

I have saved an Excel 2007 Spreadsheet, with multiple tabs, to HTML format.
When it is opened, there are 4 navigation buttons in the bottom left hand
corner of the screen e.g. << < Althought they all change color when he
cursor is hovered over them, they do not appear to do anything when clicked
on. I assume they are meant to move through the tabs one at a time or to the
end, depending on which you click on? Anyone else have this problem or is it
just me?

Thanks in advanced,

David.
