Default highlighting cells

We have a user with Excel 2003 that is using a file with several tabs,
and the background color of the cells in that tab is dark green.
However, when we do a Print Preview, it shows a normal black and
white. Also, when we go to highlight a range of cells, the highlighted
cells turn dark green (as opposed to a normal pale blue). It also does
this in new files as well. I'm not sure if this is just a View setting
that I can't find or if something else is going on ?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
