Default In Ms office where i will get λ symbol

Hi there.

From the top menu bar click on INSERT, select SYMBOL and click, a window
appears with several different types of symbols, scroll through them and if
you find yours, just click apply or assign to a key..

Default In Ms office where i will get ? symbol

SHIFT + / key.

As a symbol, Alt + 0063(on the numpad)

No difference between the two AFAICS
