Default how could i detete lots of rows by one commond

i have 50000 rows in first sheet and in second sheet 10000 unique id i have
how could i delete 10000 entire rows in one time from first sheet, pls help
me out as i am worry about it, i am using 2003 version

Use autofilter

1) Data - Filter - autoFilter
2) Select unique ID
3) Highligh rows with ID
4) Data - Filter - Autofilter (removes filters os you now have all the
other data)
