Default How do I title columns in excel?

I want to make an inventory spreadsheet. I have need for 8 named columns. I
have never used excel, how do I get the columns titled?

The columns are designated as A, B, C through IV.

These cannot be changed.

You can however type your titles in row 1 of the 8 columns.

I would suggest you have a look at a few on-line tutorials.
