to make each and every cell Square shape.

step 1: CLTR + A (selects entire sheet)
step 2: right click on any column header say A.
step 3: define column width 20
step 4: right click on any row header say 1
step 5: define row height 20

now you have the cells in a square shape with 20 X 20 shape.
