Default Copying Custimzed toolbars

I have 2007 installed on my machine. I am getting a new PC, but have several
customized toolbars in Excel and Word. How do I successfully tranfer them
from one PC to the next?

Hi Jim

There are no toolbars in 2007
Do you mean that you want to copy your QAT to the new machine ?

Hi Jim

Excel saves your QAT setup in a file named €œExcel.qat€ in:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\OFFICE\Excel.qat

In Vista you can find it here
C:\Users\<username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office \Excel.qat

Note: This file will not exist if you have not customized your QAT

For Word it is word.qat

Copy this file in the correct location on the new machine
There is more Ribbon/QAT info on my site in this section
"Excel 2007 Ribbon and QAT pages"
