Default Start Excel without user profile

Is there any way to run Excel without an user profile loaded?

Let say: runas /noprofile /user:username cmd and in the prompt that opens run
<excel path/excel.exe <spreadsheet file

What is needed to get this to work? My spreadsheet is opening all files
visible in the c:\ root dir.
