Default Get "configuring office" every time I open excel.

I was forced by circumstances to re-format my hard drive and re-install all
applications. I re-installed MS Office Home and Studentn 2007 with no
apparent problems. However every time that I open Excel it goes through the
first time use configuration process. Neither Word, Power Point, or OneNote
exhibit this behavior.
