Default Explode Button to review a Formula

I want to quickly review a formula written by others; in particular, the
cells it has refered to. I have seen "Explode" button in other's computer
which reveals a mini-window detailing each of the reference cells, its value
and location.

I cannot find that button in my computer. I am using excel 2003.

What can be the solution, please?
