Linda,
Actually, I've got some more basic questions for you. Do you what your printer resolution is set for? For example 300 mDPI or 600 DPI, and your actual page size in inches. From that I can caluclate in dots the X&Y position that you need. I also need to know if you are using Postscript (0X &0Y) bottom left of page or PCL 5e Top Left of page starting reference. Ar the forms soft copy forms, if so, send several blank forms to me and I can play with them to position the page numbers properly. The next trivoal thing to find out would be the passing of escape codes from Excell to the printer. In Wo4rd, thi is very simple to do, I'll have to play with Excell a little. Also I am trying to produce a book with word searches that I need to have go to the bottom of the page as well. When I go to print preview it looks like the footer is gone, which I was trying to accomplish and it appears the bottom margin is at the very bottom of the page. Because of security reasons I'm not allow to send you the form, but I can send you a page from my book. This really is a minor problem on my book, it's just asthetics to have the page appear to be as low to the bottom as it is near to the top. I really appreciate your response "Linda" wrote: I have the bottom margin set to 0 but the document still prints about 3/4" above the bottom of the sheet. I am printing on a form and need for the document to print lower on the page. How do I get this to print lower? |
