Default Moving Cell Formats

If I have one cell = the contents of another cell. Is there a way that I can
have the colours and formatting of that cell match? I have 1 sheet where it
lists information, and on another sheet it will just be an =cell of the right
cell information on the other sheet.

Not by formula.

Linked cells return results only, not formatting.

You could copy/paste special/formats as a workaround.
