Is there a way to delete rows quickly in a spreadsheet which have data that I
don't need? For example, rows 1 - 10 & 35-45 I don't need. However, I do need 11-34 and 46-50. How can I just get the rows I need by doing the least amount of manual work? Thanks. |

Select all of those rows and then EditDelete selecting the entire row
option. You can select multiple ranges by selecting one range, then click-select a second etc. -- HTH Bob (there's no email, no snail mail, but somewhere should be gmail in my addy) "Daren" wrote in message ... Bob, thanks. Is there a way to row automate row deletion in Excel so I don't
have to manually select those rows? "Bob Phillips" wrote: Select all of those rows and then EditDelete selecting the entire row option.
