Default Macro Rollout

As part of a company rebranding I have written a Module that changes the
format of one of our internal documents to the new style - changing all the
fonts and column spacings, etc.

The intention is that the Macro will be given to everyone as a button that
they can use to convert the documents.

The question is what is the bast way to distributes this to the users?
