Display differences in a shared Excel workbook on 2 or more PCs
Ive asked people, read books and looked online and I cant seem to get any
help with shared workbook problems Im having in Excel. What happens is when I open a shared workbook that is set up for more than one user to make changes at one time, sometimes cells are shifted or doubled and some data is missing. Is there any kind of a phone number to call or another resource you know of? |

Is there any kind of a phone number to call or another resource you know of? We run across this quite a bit. Almost seems like it is a screen refresh problem. Anyways, to get around it we have to scroll up or down a screens worth or so. What I did is put a custom view named "all" in each workbook that "resets" the windows to a default i have defined. This also solves the trouble we have with scrolling when using several autofilters and frozen panes. |
