Protecting A Shared Workbook
Hi
I would like to share a workbook, allowing input by some, but I would like some only to view the information How can I accomplish this MS Excel 2003 -- Thank you so much Melissa in New Orleans |

Protecting A Shared Workbook
Protect the workbook with a "password to modify".
File|SaveAs|Tools|General options|provide a password to modify. And only share that password with the people who should update the workbook. The others will be able to open the file in readonly mode.
