Creating a Print Button
Why would you need a macro when you can hit FilePrintEntire Workbook?
Or just hit the Printer Icon and select Entire Workbook? Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Wed, 21 Jun 2006 18:45:24 -0500, william4444 wrote: Hi All, Hope things are well... Creating a Print Button
Hi Will,
To record the macro you need to turn on the macro recorder, perform the task and then turn off the mcro recorder: Tools, Macro, Record New Macro. Use the mouse to simulate the printing of the sheets. Click the 'Stop' button on the Stop Recording toolbar. To attach this macro to a button: Open the forms toolbar, click on the button and draw it out where you want it. The Assign macro box lets you assign a macro to the button so select the required macro and click OK. -- Hope this helps, MarkN "william4444" wrote: Hi All, Hope things are well...
