Hi K,
If a user spent several hours on a excel spreadsheet and the computer is unresponsive (hung) what if anything can be done? Depends on the version of Excel and on the settings of the user. If Excel XP or 2003 AND they have set save autorecovery information, you might be lucky. If not, they *might* be using autosave. If not, you're out of luck.
