Why can't I use XML in the Student and Teacher Edition?
Am I missing an Add-in? I can't believe I wasted my money buying this version
of MS Office, when I can't even use it to complete the assignments when XML isn't available.. Any clues? Thanks, GunnyUSMCRet |

XML is not available in that version/edition.
Note Office Professional Edition 2003 includes additional support for Extensible Markup Language (XML) and information rights management (IRM) and allows you to use Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System. http://www.microsoft.com/office/edit...ogies/xml.mspx caveat emptor. Thank you Gord.
I just learned this the hard way! Gotta shell out more dough to get the Prof. Edition. Not happy! "Gord Dibben" wrote: XML is not available in that version/edition. What may make this even worse (if you weren't already aware) is that
Student/Teachers won't qualify you for an upgrade version. -- George Nicholson Remove 'Junk' from return address. "gunnyusmcret" wrote in message ... Thank you Gord. I just learned this the hard way!
