(Apologies if this is duplicated. I remember drafting but not sending
before) Ever since downloading (28/09) Office 2003 Service Pack2 the larger Excel files have taken a while (some 10 seconds) before starting to save to disk. I have put this down to something in SP2 - although it may be coincidentally something more sinister. Has anyone else experienced this? Regards. Bill Ridgeway Computer Solutions |

Bill Ridgeway Computer Solutions Yes Bill, you posted this and several answers were posted. Rodney even offered his grandmum in trade for a solution. I tried to find a solution so I could call Rodney's hand and he would have to send me the old girl. No luck.. Ralphael, the OLD one. |

To be fair,
I butted in on Bill's original query, and the responses were to my system specific. for this I apologise. I don't think the advice I received would assist Bill. Regards to all. Sorry Ralphael, (I wouldn't <really trade Grandmum, we love her tooooo much :) "damorrison" wrote in message oups.com... | haven't you checked, there are 12 bloody replies | |

![]() Rodney, regarding your mention of not ever using "Disk Cleanup" in the other post; I use it all the time as well as Delete Cookies/Delete Files/Clear History. I never find anything in McAfee virus after doing these two applications. I just wonder about those compressed files. I need to look to see if it is necessary to keep them. Think you did post earlier and you've got responses from Jim Cone & Gord
Dibben. See this googled thread: http://tinyurl.com/dvccq (You might have had some difficulty tracing your previous post. It happens.) -- Rgds Max xl 97 --- Singapore, GMT+8 xdemechanik http://savefile.com/projects/236895 -- "Bill Ridgeway" wrote in message ... (Apologies if this is duplicated.
