Default Offset Problem

=OFFSET(`[worksheet05.xls]PROCESS LOG`!$K$9,B9-4,0,1,1)

This formula linked to another spreadsheet previously worked, but a new
workbook has been created and the formula now returns a "0" value to the
cells?

No errors etc are shown with the formula. The source date value is (eg)
123 yet the link returns 0.

Any help or advice will be appreciated.

Thanks
