I have a mailing list spreadsheet, and I want to filter it by about 9 Zip
codes, how do I do that?

You can use the Data Autofilter or Data Sort features depending on what you
want the end result to be. You can watch how to use the Autofilter on
http://www.auditexcel.co.za/dataclean.html or Data Sort on
http://www.auditexcel.co.za/othertools.html .
