Default Excel MAC 2008 - Target Cell

My company is Mac based, which means all of my VBA is lost until I figure out Apple script. I'm creating a budget workbook, where sheet "Budget Detail" is summarized in sheet "Budget Summary". I've used the following formula to target the correct summary row:

=IF(COUNTIF('Budget Detail'!$E$1:$E$1000,"Sub Total 300"),'Budget Detail'!F43,0)

The first part: IF(COUNTIF('Budget Detail'!$E$1:$E$1000,"Sub Total 300") is looking for the accounting code "300". This works fine.

The dollar amount for accounting code "300" is in the next cell. How can I write it so that 'Budget Detail'!F43,0 targets the dollar amount in the cell next to accounting code 300"?

I'm hoping this will save me from having to cut and paste 500 links.

Is this enough information?

Thanks
