I'm using Microsort Exel 2003, which have a balance sheet template, I can add
lines to make it bigger in pages, but when I go to print my work, the borders around the balance sheet does not fit to a normal sheet of paper. If I change the margins on the side, it automatically add more pages and seperate the colums. I would like to have the sheet that I'm working with print to the size of the paper and not have the document printed smaller than the sheet of paper. |

Issac F,
Did you try this: Once you have the workbook set with all the information that you want. Select "View", "Page Break Preview". You will get a warning on making changes, select "OK". Move the solid blue lines to include all new cells, move any dashed lines to solid blue lines to remove them. You should end up with a single blue square around all the cells. Doing it this way means you don't have to do trial and error to get the right percent size to get all data. Save the file, then select "View" , Select "Normal". That should do it for you. hth "Isaac F" wrote: I'm using Microsort Exel 2003, which have a balance sheet template, I can add lines to make it bigger in pages, but when I go to print my work, the borders around the balance sheet does not fit to a normal sheet of paper.
