Default This is a doozy...

I don't even know where to begin with this one. I have information that
needs to go into some form of a chart--any chart. I need to show the number
of departments in several buildings that are compliant with rules from Jan
thru April. Basically, from what I can see, I need to have three axis:
month, building, and number. What graph should I use and how should I go
about doing this?

Hi Jen

if you need to show the number of departments in several buildings that are
compliant ......
surely the number of departments is the "data"
so
...............A...............B................C. ......................D..............E
1..........Number of Compliant Departments
2...........................Jan................Feb ...................Mar..........Apr
3........Building
1......3..................5....................... .2..............8
4........Building
2......1..................0....................... .1..............1

etc

then select from A2:E4 and press F11

-----------

if this isn't what you need, what is the data you are actually counting
(summing) ie graphing?????
