Default import the data to match the column titles in Excel

I have a large list of names, address and org. names in word 2010 how do I
import that data to match the column titles?

Hi Dan,

Ideally, you'd have the Word data organised as a table, with the appropriate column structure. Form there it's a simple copy/paste
operation.
