Default Arrow keys moving whole excel sprdsht insted of from cell to cell

Tap the Scroll Lock key and try to move. If it doesnt work then do Unfreeze
Pane Alt+W+F and check now.

think you are using Excel 2007. For Excel 2007 version you have to press
Alt+W+F+Enter. Which will remove the Freeze Pane.

I think you are using Excel 2007. For Excel 2007 version you have to press
