Default Running Excel 2003 on Windows 7

I'm moving from a WindowsXP Home computer with Office 2003 programs –
Word and Excel in particular.

I don’t care at all for the 2007 versions, and would prefer to
reinstall the 2003 versions on the new Windows 7 Home Premium
computer.

Will there be any problems?
