Default wrong result Paste within same row while filtered condition applie

1) Your First Step is Ok that is Filtering the column B - selecting only 9
(P1 & P3 was being sortlisted in this case)

2) Dont copy the P1 & P3 from A COLUMN Cell & paste it in C COLUMN when it
is in Filter. Do like this. Place the cursor in C COLUMN that is where the
FIRST 9 is present. Now press the EQUAL Key (=) and refer it in the A Column
P1 cell and press enter. Now copy the cell where you have applied the
formula and paste it to the next cell (i.e. In Second 9).

3) Now in D column do like you have previously done for C Column. That is
place the cursor in D column cell and press = and refer it to the A Column P1
Value Cell. Now copy that cell and paste it for the remaining cells.

4) Now remove the filter. Place the cursor in C Column and press
Cntrl+Spacebar. Now the total C column will be selected. Do Copy (Cntrl+C)
and Do right click and select Paste Special (Note that the Paste Special will
get enabled when the Copy (Cntrl+C) is done) and select VALUES and give ok.

Like this Place the cursor in D Column and press Cntrl+Spacebar. Now the
total D column will be selected. Do Copy (Cntrl+C) and Do right click and
select Paste Special (Note that the Paste Special will get enabled when the
Copy (Cntrl+C) is done) and select VALUES and give ok.

That's all.

Remember to Click Yes, if this post helps!
