Default DD-MON-YYYY never D-MON-YYYY

I need to format a date column to show leading zeros in the DD part.
How do I do this?

I want 07-JUL-2009
I do not want 7-JUL-2009

Thank you

select the col, then click:
FormatCellsCustom
Type: dd-mmm-yyyy
Click OK
