Default changing sheet size

We have a worksheet that is maxed out to 65536 rows & also lots & lots of
columns. No need for that we could use 1000 rows & 20 columns. How can we do
this? TIA

Default changing sheet size

If you look in Help under 'specs' you will find that Excel 2003 (and 1997,
2002) has a sheet size of 65,536 rows by 256 columns. Excel 2007's size is
1,048,576 rows by 16,384 columns

But are you saying you want smaller? There is not way to do this either nor
is there a need - it will not alter the file size. You could hide some rows
& columns

best wishes

What has this to do with anything?
