Default changing paper size

In a microsoft excel sheet I need to change the paper size to legal. My only
choices are letter and A4.

Paper size choices are a function of your Printer, not Excel.

Would appear that Legal is not supported by your printer driver.

Mary, this is not an excel setting, the paper size comes from your print
driver
