Hi l_croft1,
Yes, via Copy (in Excel), then Edit|Paste Special (in Word). Note: an Excel object cannot span more than one page in w Word document. If you need multiple pages, you'll need to copy & paste each block from Excel separately. This can make the Word file very large. An alternative is to click on the 'link' option in the Edit|Paste Special dialogue box. That keeps the Word file's size down and has the advantage that any changes to the Excel workbook can update the Word document without the need to redo the copy/paste operation. -- Cheers macropod [Microsoft MVP - Word] "l_croft1" wrote in message ... Is it possible to export or import a worksheet into WORD? I want to be able to see all the columns and rows as they are seen in Excel. |
