Default Excel 2007 formula result

When extending a formula to multiple cells and hit enter, the correct answer
does not appear until I close document and save changes. Then when trying to
add complete column of the answers obtained with fill down formula, answer is
0(zero)
Any ideas will be appreciated.

Sounds like you have calculation set to manual. Press F9 to recalculate the
worksheet.
