Default how do I create a graph when using point scale questionnaire using

i am trying to create a progress monitoring type of assessment for students
using a 5 point scale (0 does not perform; 1 performs minimally; 2 moderate
performance (i.e. 50% of the time); 3 maximum performance; and 4 independent
(i.e. no assistance required).

Need to plot each poing based on observed performance (line graph)

Default how do I create a graph when using point scale questionnaire using

Select 2 columns, 1st name of students 2nd their score.
Go to draw graph and choose "Column" from "Column type" and clustered Column
from Chart sub-type (top-left icon)
