Can't view Header Text in Microsoft Access, even though it shows up under
"view header/footer"

If you meant Excel and not Access, there is no way to show header text on
screen unless you are in print preview.

Actually you can see the Header and Footer Text in the spreadsheet - IF you
are using Excel 2007.

Choose View, Page Layout.
