Hi pourlance

Office Button SaveAs

Or

Office Button SaveAs (menu)
Other formats

Or use F12

Choose CVS in the list and save the file

When I save it as a csv file it doesn't hold the format it should for me to
transfer it - it shrinks the columns, changes the date column to #### due to
resizing it etc. I can't figure out what is different from 2003 version that
worked fine - does this make sense?

I did that and the 2007 file has several commas after the information where
the 2003 file doesn't - that is the difference but I dont know how to correct
it in 2007
